Bright DAB
Immunologic have also a unique chromogen substrate this is widely used for immunohistochemical staining and immunoblotting, the Bright DAB. This product comes in a two-component system consisting of a liquid stable DAB chromogen and DAB substrate buffer. Bright DAB is a very stable and superior formulation of DAB, this implies;
- faster response time / time savings
- better signal amplification (membrane, nuclear, or cytoplasmic)
Bright DAB can be used both manually and on automated stainers.
